Office of Student Accounts (Bursars Office)

We look forward to working with you during your college career. 

The Office of Student Accounts manages:

  • Cashiering 鈥 posting payments, providing payment options, account inquiries, issue student refund checks, and administer monthly payment plans
  • Billing 鈥 produce and send electronic billing statements, follow-up notifications and third party invoices
  • Collections 鈥 delinquent student accounts, manage outside collection agencies
  • IRS Form 1098-T Tax Forms 鈥 produce and provide students with Tuition Statements according to federal guidelines.

The University鈥檚 official form of communication is via your 星空无限传媒app email account. Please see our Electronic Notification Policy by selecting Policy Information on the tabs above.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

  • Please contact us make payment or set up payment plans for any past due balances. 
  • Fall 2024 bills, payments, and payment plans are now available. The billing statements, payments, and payment plans are under the "My Financial Account" option on Gothicnet. 
  • 星空无限传媒app is now partnered with Transfermate for International Wire Transfer payments. Transfermate is available through your payment portal through Gothicnet.

Financial Responsibility Agreement: If you have a hold on your account blocking you from registering due to having to complete your Financial Responsibility Agreement. Login to your GothicNet account, please look at the top part of the page. If it does not say 鈥淪tudent Homepage鈥 click on the drop down arrow and select this option. Once you are on your student homepage. Look for the tile that says 鈥淢y Task鈥. After clicking on the tile at the top left section of your page click on your "To Do List".  Here you will see all activities and/or items that need completing.
